Responsible AI
When we build or use AI, a person stays accountable for the result.
- Each model’s purpose, data and tests are documented
- Consequential outputs are reviewed by a person
- EU AI Act obligations are assessed for every project
- Client data never goes into public AI tools without the client’s agreement

Anyone, inside or outside Trivick, can report suspected fraud, bribery, misuse of data, harassment or any other breach of this code.
- 01You reportDescribe what happened, when and who was involved, as far as you know.
- 02Within 7 daysWe confirm that we have received your report.
- 03Independent reviewSomeone independent of the people involved looks into it, in confidence.
- 04Within 3 monthsWe tell you what we did about it, as far as confidentiality allows.
No one who reports in good faith will face retaliation. Your identity is shared only with your consent, or where the law requires it.
You can also report to the competent authority; in Belgium, the Federal Ombudsman coordinates external reports.
In line with the EU Whistleblowing Directive (2019/1937) and the Belgian law of 28 November 2022.
