Small and medium-sized businesses, schools, municipalities, non-profits and individuals who think they have been hit by phishing, ransomware, fraud or a hacked account, and have no security team of their own.

• Clear first steps to limit the damage: which accounts to lock, what to disconnect, what to keep as evidence
• Where to report it: the police, your bank, and the national CSIRT
• A referral to our incident response team if you need more help, with no obligation

What it is not

The hotline gives first advice. It does not replace a full incident response, legal advice or a report to the police.

Why we do it

Most organisations hit by an attack are too small to have a security team, and the first hour decides how bad the damage gets. We would rather help early than read about it later.
