Privacy notice
This notice explains which personal data Trivick processes when you visit our websites or contact us, why, and what your rights are. It applies in Europe and in Latin America.
Last updated: [date of publication]
01Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data depends on where you are and which Trivick company you deal with:
- Europe and the rest of the world: TRIVICK B.V., [registered office], Belgium, enterprise number 0791.514.159.
- Chile and Latin America: [legal name of the Chilean company], [registered address], Chile, RUT 78.357.817-4.
For any question about your data, email dataprivacy@trivick.com.
02What we collect
- What you send us: when you use the contact form, your name, company, email address, phone number, topic and message. When you email or call us, what you share with us.
- Technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser and the pages you request, processed by our hosting provider to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
- [Website statistics: aggregate, cookieless visit counts, if we enable them.]
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell personal data.
03Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal: steps taken at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse, including spam on the contact form: our legitimate interest.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping business records: legal obligation.
04Who receives it
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website and runs the spam check on the contact form.
- Microsoft, which provides our email (Microsoft 365).
- Other Trivick companies, when the right specialist to answer you works for one of them.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it.
Our providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements.
05International transfers
Trivick works in several countries, so your data may be handled outside the country you are in. From the European Union we transfer data only where the European Commission has found the protection adequate (including to providers certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Transfers from Chile follow Chilean data protection law.
06How long we keep it
- Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months unless a business relationship follows.
- Technical logs: kept by our hosting provider for [period to confirm].
- The website itself stores nothing: the contact form is emailed straight to our team.
07Your rights
In the European Union you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
In Chile you have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, and, once Law 21.719 takes effect [on 1 December 2026, to be confirmed], the further rights it grants, such as portability and blocking.
To use your rights, email dataprivacy@trivick.com. We reply within [one month].
08Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to a supervisory authority:
- Belgium: the Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), dataprotectionauthority.be.
- Chile: [the Personal Data Protection Agency created by Law 21.719, once it is operational].
- Elsewhere in the EU: the data protection authority where you live or work.
09Security
The website uses encrypted connections only, stores no form submissions, and is protected against automated abuse. Inside Trivick, access to your data is limited to the people who need it.
